Ashley was born on November 5, 1987 to Ronald C. Grimm and Wendy M. (Brown) Grimm in Pittsburgh, PA.
She graduated from Dunbar High School in 2006 with honors, and participated in a dual enrollment program with High Tech Central where she studied Commercial Foods and Culinary Arts.
Ashley was a force, a big personality in a small package. Everything she did was done with a level of determination and intensity rarely seen. She was bright, creative and was an avid reader and talented writer in her spare time. The brevity of her life has denied her the opportunity to achieve her full potential, and her loss will be sorely felt by all who loved her.
