Obituary for Bruce Gordon Houran
Bruce Gordon Houran, 78, of Naples, passed away on January 13, 2021.
A private family service will be held at the family plot in Ashburnham, MA at a later date.
Bruce was born on July 18, 1942 in Middlebury, VT to Gordon and Priscilla Houran. He
graduated from Wappingers Falls High School in 1960 and then went on to graduate from
Clarkson College in 1964 with a Civil Engineering degree.
He was married to his loving wife Joyce (deceased Aug. 16, 2019) on September 1, 1963.
Bruce is survived by his daughters Jodi (Kevin) Cooper and Kimberly (Robert) Calvano;
grandsons Zaccaria and Nicolas Calvano and Christopher Swarthout Jr.; granddaughter Rose
Mary Calvano; sister Suzanne Tekben and her children Pinar Cohen and Metin Tekben.
