Edward “Breezy” Dekker
It is with great sadness that the family of Edward Dekker announces his passing on March 31, 2021 at the age of 86 years. He is survived by his loving wife of 58 years, Jackie Dekker, and children, Kristine (Ken) Hunt, Jennifer (Gary) Fritsch, Bradford Dekker, grandchildren, Amanda, Katie, Jeromy, Nicole, AnnaMaria, Dominick, sister Carla (Curtis) Walser, sister-in-law Carol Dekker.
He served in the U.S. Navy and Air Force. Edward was a retired steamfitter who worked at Optenberg iron works. He enjoyed bocce ball, grilling, and picnicking at the beach on the Gulf of Mexico.
