Obituary for Gilbert C. "Gillie" Elias
Gilbert “Gillie” Elias 74, of Naples, FL lost his long battle to cancer on September 13, 2022 with Pam by his side.
He was born in Chicago, Illinois and was a 1965 graduate from Niles West. Soon after graduation, he went into business with his father followed by his brother, Ray. Together they owned and operated P&E Plumbing Company for many years in Naples. After selling the business and retiring in 2003, he enjoyed traveling, golfing, collecting and racing Chrysler muscle cars in Florida and the midwest.
He is survived by his wife Pam, mother Joe Marie Elias, brother Ray Elias (Deb), Tammy, granddaughters Tarin and Tegan, great granddaughter Alayna, cousins, and his two yorkies, Kody and Izzy.
He is preceded in death by his father, Edward R. Elias. Gil will be forever remembered, missed, and loved by his family, his family of friends for his love of life, his caring heart, the love he had for all, and of course, his humor. Forever in our hearts.
