Lorraine Elizabeth Luedtke, 77, of Port Charlotte, Florida (formerly from Bridgeport, MI), was called home to heaven on Monday, January 16, 2023. Lorraine passed away surrounded by many family members and loved ones at Avow Hospice Facility in Naples, FL. Lorraine was born in Detroit, MI, to Oduilda and Balthasar Gangl on January 13, 1946. She married her husband, Carl Luedtke, on August 11, 1979. Lorraine was a dedicated businesswoman retiring from Citizens Bank after over 30 years with the company. Everyone that knew Lorraine knew that she had a huge heart and a love for shopping and crafts. She would make anything from cards to beautiful jewelry. Lorraine also loved her knickknacks and had many birds that brought her joy.
Lorraine is predeceased in death by her mother, her father, brother Gerald Gangl, brother-in-law Thomas Chance, and sister-in-law Pamela Gangl, Craig Luedtke.

Lorraine is survived by her husband, Carl Luedtke. Daughter Laura Ruhle, Son Glenn (Mary) Morin, Son Curt(tammy) Luedtke, and daughter-in-law Lori Luedtke.
Sisters Florence Chance, Barbara (Jim) King, Leona (Bob) Gallant, brother Ernie Gangl, and sister-in-law Roseann Dezarn. Granddaughters Cassie (Jacob) Kwaiser, Jessica (Andrew) Smerdon, Taryne Ruhle, and Hannah Luedtke. Grandson Glenn (Kristin) Morin Jr. Also her great-grandchildren Gabriel, Colten, Easton, Ashton, Kaylie, and Skylar.
A memorial will be held at Saint Agnes Catholic Church in Naples, Florida, on February 13, At 11:00 AM. In the spring, Lorraine will be laid to rest with a memorial service in Bridgeport, Michigan.
