Obituary for Mary T. Tyler

Mary Theresa Noldan Tyler nee Haughey
March 12, 1928 - August 26, 2022

Mary passed away peacefully at Inspired Living of Bonita Springs Memory Care, where she was a resident for the past 4 years.

Mary was born in Chicago and was the oldest sister of Jim, Dolores, Ann and Eddie. She was the wife of Oscar “Bud” Noldan for 51 years and wife of Gilbert Tyler for 11 years.

Mary will be greatly missed by her children Nancy Dalaskey (Steve), John Noldan (Peg), Tom Noldan (Donna), Barbara Albury (Chris), her many grandchildren and great grandchildren.

Mary and Bud retired to Florida in 1992. They enjoyed their time together traveling, cruising, and spending time with their children and grandchildren.

Mary relocated to Naples, FL in 2000. She enjoyed spending time with her friends at Bayforest, playing cards, taking trips, walking the path to the bay, and watching sunsets from her balcony.

An avid traveler and explorer, she has set sail on 49 cruises and has seen every country except Portugal and Spain. She believed in living life to the fullest and enjoying her surroundings. Seeing angels in the clouds, the awe of a sunset, the sound of the ocean, or watching the antics of nature, she appreciated it all. Her motto was to "have fun" or she would threaten to call the FUN POLICE! Just ask her grandchildren!.

We would like to thank the entire staff of Inspired Living of Bonita Springs and Hope Hospice for their dedication, commitment and love.

No memorial at Mary’s request.
