Philip Daniel Keltner of Naples, Florida passed away peacefully with his wife by his side on March 24, 2021. He is survived by his wife Lori Chamness, daughter Christina Keltner of Kailua-Kona, HI, two step sons Kyle Shelton of Naples, FL, and Ryan Shelton of Wood River, IL, step granddaughter Keira Shelton of Wood River, IL, sister Kathy Ham of Mt. Pleasant, SC, nephew Travis Ham (Laura) with great nephew Benjamin, niece Kellie McLain (David) with great niece Sophie and nephew Sam all of Mt. Pleasant, SC. He was loved by many more friends and family and will be dearly missed. He was a gentle and sensitive soul with an excellent sense of humor, and was a true southern gentleman.
After moving from Memphis, Tn. to the Naples area in 1967, Phil worked and eventually managed the family business, Bay Marina until his retirement. Phil enjoyed boating, playing golf, fishing and telling wonderful stories of his life and the people he met along the way. His favorite times were spent with his wife, Lori, daughter, Christina, his buddy “Gizzy” and watching the Tampa Bay Buccaneers or the St. Louis Cardinals.
There will be a celebration of life held on Saturday, April 10th from 2-4, RSVP Lori for further details. In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Avow Hospice of Naples, Florida.
