Rick Alvin Rose, 71, of Estero, Florida, passed away unexpectedly in his home on May 26, 2022. Rick was predeceased by his beloved wife, Marcia. Rick’s memory will be cherished by his sister, Sandy Butler, brother Rod Rose, as well as many family members and close friends.

Rick was born in Lansing, Michigan and moved to Cape Coral, Florida with his wife in the late 1970s. He started a security alarm business and later opened a pawn shop which he operated until his last day. He was the ultimate businessman and a collectibles enthusiast with a gift for recognizing value in even the simplest things. Rick had a big heart, helped a lot of people, and had enormous love for all animals.

Although there will not be any formal service for Rick, donations in his memory can be made to any not-for-profit animal shelter or animal rescue organization.
