Obituary for Woon Mei Stevenson
MEI STEVENSON, age 91 of Naples, Florida, passed away peacefully on Easter Sunday, 9th April, 2023 at Avow Hospice, Naples, surrounded by her family.
The celebration of her life will be held in the Chapel at North Naples Church, 6000 Goodlette-Frank Rd. Naples on Wednesday, April 12th at 11:00am, followed by a reception.
Mei was born in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 2/12/1932 and was employed as a schoolteacher. She enjoyed travel, volunteering and reading her bible. Mei held strong Christian beliefs and the strength of her faith was an inspiration to many others.
She leaves behind her daughters Tricia (husband Andrew), Ellie (husband Nick) and Karen (husband Peter). She is survived by her grandchildren Stephanie, Christine and Cameron. She is preceded in death by her husband of 26 years, Richard Stevenson.
